Despite expectations for a high flow of tourists, public transport remained one of the key challenges that visitors faced this past season. With terminals that have limited infrastructure, a lack of online applications, information boards or electronic ticketing, with depreciated fleets and timetables that are not respected, this service seems to be in need of deep reformation to ensure that passengers have an experience of easy and pleasant, but above all, that Albania remains an attractive destination in the region.
