Tirana, the most populous city in the country, faces major challenges in becoming a more inclusive and accessible city. Inadequate infrastructure, narrow and often blocked sidewalks, and a lack of ramps make it difficult for pedestrians to move around, especially for people with disabilities and young mothers with strollers. These problems, along with urban stations in dangerous locations and a lack of urban planning in new neighborhoods, directly affect the quality of life. 31 Minuta explores these issues and the challenges that citizens face every day.
