The "Emiljano Shullazi" case

In this episode we will first deal with a topic that has to do with justice, more precisely with the missing justice. A few weeks ago, we brought to your attention the "Dajti" case, how the most dangerous person declared by the Albanian state managed to escape life imprisonment, even though he was accused of killing four policemen. Today the journalists of "31 minutes" have analyzed another hot case, the one in charge of Emiljano Shullazi, a case that is crawling through the doors of the courts and that every day is more and more taking on the image of the Dajti case. A very politically discussed process that has led to the doors of the court as witnesses, academics, police directors and even ministers, but which is highlighting the significant problems of the judicial system and which in the end risks turning this into a history where justice does not give justice.
