Decision on negotiations, Gent Cakaj interview for "31 Minutes"

The European Union postponed the decision to open negotiations with Albania and North Macedonia for the month of October. The opening of negotiations is a turning point for the transformation of the country and the life of every Albanian citizen. Three critical questions remain until the autumn "exam". Is there enough time to convince skeptical countries that Albania deserves to open negotiations? What is the impact of the deep political crisis in Tirana on the fate of the negotiations? While the forecasts for North Macedonia remain optimistic, does Albania run the risk of remaining alone in the 30-year journey to Europe this fall. Acting Foreign Minister Gent Caka answered these questions and more on 31 Minutes.
