Tirana recorded around 5000 apartments sold less for 2023. However, this drop in demand does not seem to have affected the price, which according to the Fischer index in the first 6 months of 2023, marked an increase of 16%, while according to Key Data Albania the average price for 2023 increased by more than 20% on average. While the builders say that in the new apartments the costs and taxes do not create room for reduction, for the experts the risk is also present due to the fact that some European countries have already been affected by a drop in prices. What will happen in Tirana with property prices, will they rise, fall or remain where they are?
