"7501, the law that divided the lands but also the Albanian society..." Three decades ago, the law was approved, whose task was to divide the agricultural lands for farmers, after the fall of the communist system. But this law entered the history of transition as one of the most problematic interventions that fundamentally affected the development of the Albanian economy. The solution to the problem of the property issue is present in every international report that is published for Albania year after year. If in the 1990s, the Albanian legislators lacked experience, the following years showed that they lacked the will to provide a solution to this systemic problem, which still causes chaos in the lives of farmers, former owners, but also the state administration.
