The fall of "Kafe e Madhe" in Shkodër, the danger to the iconic building

"Kafja e Madhe" in Shkodër, an important object of cultural heritage, risks being damaged and irretrievably lost. Its restoration works and the project to revive it have caused debate among specialists, owners of the object and state institutions. "31 minutes" traveled to Shkodra to see the real condition of this historical building to learn what happened with the procedures and implementation of the project on the ground.
