In danger of collapse!

10 families in Tirana for more than 10 years have lived with the risk of their apartment collapsing. After the earthquake that shook Tirana on September 21, the authorities have decided to demolish the 5-story building, additional construction without a permit from 1993. The municipality of Tirana has been informed of the danger both by the residents for more than a decade, and by the institutions that they certified the safety of the buildings about a year ago and today you don't need to be a specialist to say that this building should be demolished! The fate of the residents today can be called a "miracle" and the case shows us that even earthquakes like the last one we experienced move the bureaucracy with great difficulty.
