In this segment we will talk about the past, present and future of Tirana's vital project 'The Great Ring'. It will be a journey where we will see how different officials have promised deadlines for its completion, but still this project is being implemented. We will talk about the delays of this project, but also the experts will make an assessment, if the Great Ring of the capital will be the much-welcomed solution to the permanent traffic problem.
