From freshness to infection, how to protect ourselves in the sea and swimming pools?

Invited to "Table Talk" is Dr. Marsida Duli, a nephrologist who comes with some valuable advice to avoid urinary tract infections that endanger the kidneys during the hot summer season. The doctor highlighted that swimming pool water, wet bathing suits worn for a long time and lack of hydration are some of the factors that lead to health problems. According to the doctor, those most at risk are people with chronic diseases, who should be careful to maintain a balanced diet and consume as much water as possible and not alcohol or energy and carbonated drinks. In this interview, Dr. Marsida Duli teaches us how to take care of our bodies so that summer is only relaxation and not danger.
