If you need a motivational letter that will attract the attention of the employer or you need to finish an essay, coursework or project in a short time, it is no longer necessary to waste time doing data research. It immediately comes to your aid ChatGPT, a system created by the company Open AI, founded by Elon Musk. It is a revolutionary technology that allows computers to understand and respond to spoken language, creating "human" conversations with a robot that answers questions, helps to write a text, e-mailetc.

ChatGPT was announced to great fanfare last November, reaching one million users in just the first week after launch. As the days passed, the reactions started, which are divided into two groups. Some see it as a very positive development, but there are others who have stopped it. For example, for a student ChatGPT it is very good news, but for a teacher it is not such, because he cannot control the real knowledge of his students. Thus, many universities have banned the use of this system.

ChatGPT, the system based on artificial intelligence, is expected to have a significant impact on the labor market around the world. It has just started to find use and help businesses in Albania as well.

Jurgen Bode, designer and Web Developer, tells about ACQJ how this artificial intelligence is finding use in the business where he works.

"In the case e Buzi Store, ChatGPT helps by analyzing customer preferences based on their purchase history or through entrepreneur questions and provides personalized recommendations for store products. - says Bode, admitting that this practice helps customers improve their shopping experience. – With its help, we reduce response time and increase efficiency in the store. In addition, it eases the workload for store employees", he concludes.

Meanwhile, the expert i IT, Said Dulevich, shows that this platform has been embraced since its launch, December 2022, when, as a result of numerous visits, website- was blocked. He admits that already ChatGPT has become a powerful and interesting tool for entrepreneurs.

"Already ChatGPT it is a very important tool of any business, which makes articles, graphics, audio. It is used for advice, to write essays, for school", he says, while announcing that the three different platforms that he maintains in Albania are using it. ChatGPT FOR chat support, for translations in 3 languages, for Keyword (keyword), SEO etc.

Automation of work, potential impact on the economy

Tomi Kallanxhi, expert of ITshows that like any other technology the acceptance of ChatGPT has been viewed with skepticism.

"It's like inventing the calculator. Teachers went on strike in 1966 because they thought students would become lazier, but in fact we will become lazier. multitasking, - he says, adding that, - between the years 2030-2040 we are expected to reach a point where artificial intelligence will surpass human intelligence. This will make us more autonomous as beings, since a group of 4 people work for 400 people", says Kallanxhi, emphasizing that for small countries like Albania, where the labor force is disappearing, the imitation of the workforce is positive.

Pano Soko, economic expert, says for ACQJ that this technology development will bring a reduction in the costs of businesses, which are related to language modeling, such as "mainly secretarial parts, preparation of presentation materials, sales, etc.".

"At the same time, it will become even easier for the teachers. There will be more study opportunities, there will be more opportunities for study work, the work will be more disciplined, etc., - says Soko, indicating that in this way there will be employees who will have to engage in making the best use of the platform.

"Obviously, this comes at a cost. There are several jobs, which will be sacrificed, as ChatGPT it will replace jobs that are currently done by people. The moment these jobs will be automated, these people will look for a new job", Soko concludes.

Jurgen Bode lists for ACQJ in which business sectors ChatGPT is finding implementation, automating the work process.

"Businesses can use it ChatGPT to provide a virtual advisor to their clients.

Through the help of natural language technology, ChatGPT can answer customers' questions, give advice and provide information in an immediate and efficient way", he says, adding that now customers can get answers to their questions, get personalized help. "ChatGPT, using natural language and sentiment analysis techniques, can help identify trends, common problems and customer needs. ChatGPT it can be used to process routine tasks, such as preparing reports, data analysis, or other written tasks. Businesses can program it ChatGPT to perform such tasks automatically, serving as a "virtual assistant" for their employees", says Bode, adding that this platform is also being used to automate the internal processes of businesses.

"This includes automatically answering questions from employees, providing inside information, training recruiters on hiring procedures or helping to distribute documents in the organization," concludes Bode.

In a bank report Goldman Sachs it is emphasized that the workplaces are partially exposed to AI.

"Although the influence of AI in the labor market is likely to be significant, most jobs and industries are only partially exposed to automation and are thus more likely to be complemented, rather than replaced by AI", - write the authors.

Challenges: Inaccurate information and the digitization of universities

The expert of IT, Dulevich, shows that the rapid acquisition of information is not without challenges, one of which is misinformation.

"On the other hand, the use of ChatGPT, or of these quick ideas, or solutions or solutions of the moment, that we receive in record time, can add the part of inaccuracies, since often the information, which is generated in these technologies, is also based on experiences, in userothers and sometimes the information is not correct and this is where the problems begin", he says Dulevich.

But, he emphasizes that, regardless of how ready Albanians are to embrace this artificial intelligence, its application is still missing in universities and educational curricula.

"Our universities are still using pencil and paper, even though we are talking about programming or technology, which the world has programmed since 30 years ago. I think that a review of the rubrics should be done, so that our students understand that AI, new technologies and everything that we are seeing as science fiction, in the next 10 years it will be an indisputable reality, just like it happened with the computer and the Internet", - concludes Dulevich.

According to a report of Civic Attitude, 3 years ago, in 2020, the University of Tirana did not have any investment for the digitization of Services for students and reimbursement of internet packages. Meanwhile, in bUDGET for the year 2022, the University of Tirana has spent 25,788,393 ALL for computer and electronic equipment, but the budget items have not been invested in digital programs, programming, etc.

Meanwhile, Edlira Gjoni, pedagogue and expert in communication sciences, is optimistic about the use of AI from the students.

"Personally, I don't see it as a problem, on the contrary, I see it as a platform that helps students to see how it is reasoned, how it is argued and how what they think or write is decided in a very qualitative way", she says, while adds that it is impossible not to identify whether or not a work has been done by students.

"Everything they went ChatGPT, also from the mechanisms with , specially prepared to detect plagiarism, detect all content taken from ChatGPT", - says Gjoni, while adding that, "it is intolerable that Albanian universities, public and private, are extremely late and it is intolerable that they do not have an accessible, digital platform to dictate the copies of students and lecturers ".
