On “May 1”, International Workers' Day, labor expert Gertjana Hasalla was invited to “Table Talk”. We talked about the challenges and transformations that the Albanian labor market is experiencing, the high unemployment rates especially among young people, informal employment, how effective the Job Fair is and the increasing presence of foreign workers in Albania, especially in the construction and Services sectors, as a reflection of the lack of local labor.
