Scientific research, the purchase of books, or direct Services for students seem to be negligible items in the distribution of university funds. According to experts, universities have indulged in some expenses that are considered unnecessary, while they have shown themselves to be very "thrifty" in elements that would increase the quality of education and make university life more comprehensive. But where does the students' money go, who decides on its spending and does it go in line with the real needs of the students?
