The fourth documentary developed by the Albanian Center for Quality Journalism, within the initiative "Barriers in the Community: Effects of the construction of clusters of hydropower plants on the socio-economic status of the local population", with the support of LevizAlbania, an initiative which aims to its main aim is to raise public awareness of the effect of the unregulated construction of groups of hydropower plants in different river basins, on the quality of life of the local population, as well as the activation of the latter in decision-making on matters of special importance.
This documentary takes a look at the daily life of the inhabitants of the Lumë river valley, the tourism potential of the area, the difficult life, and the struggle of the inhabitants to protect that still intact part of the valley, near which they see the present and the future theirs.
