This documentary sheds light on an important issue for improving the quality of life for differently abled people in Albania. Over 140 citizens who belong to this category face the lack of ramps in public institutions, public transport or the lack of acoustic traffic lights. For years, these citizens have addressed the institutions for the improvement of the infrastructure, but the demands still remain on paper.
